On the 26th of October 2016 I wrote an article on the dilapidated Casino Constanta in Romania, predicting that in 2019 we could see developments and improvements on the property in that year (when referring to its state and condition). It was just announced last month May 2019 that a 23.5 million euro redevelopment has been approved by the Romanian Government, to restore the property. But How did I know that there was a high chance for improvement on this property 3 years in advance? How did I know exactly what years?
I am certainly not affiliated with the property, nor do not know any insiders, or insider knowledge and I certainly do not know any secret private sources in connection to the property. My calculation was purely based on feng shui law.
I won’t go into the full detail here however it was a mathematical calculation on the geometry of the property. You see, from an overall point of view, every building has an element that supports it, just one overall element, and this is something many feng shui consultants (even masters) don’t look into properly or even know how to in the correct way.
The building showed me in 2016 that it is supported by the water element (this has nothing to do with it’s seaside location). All one do is look for the Water Year (in 2016 my calender’s said next Water Year was 2019) for support. So of course there was a high chance for re-development in 2019 and that is why I mentioned 2019 as potential year for improvements.
Because in 2016 we were so close to reaching 2019, I also mentioned that years leading up to 2019 would also be beneficial (I mentioned how we could start to see improvements in 2017 however especially 2018 and 2019. When I mentioned ‘the start of improvements’ in 2017, what I meant was really like some kind of ‘sign’ in 2017. In 2017 a third tender to renovate and consolidate the building of the casino was blocked after it was contested by one of the bidders - I suppose this was the ‘sign’ I was looking for in 2017. In Oct 2018 last year, partial repair works were taken on the property for the very first time. In 2019 I was expecting something alot bigger to happen due to the Water Year influence - the 23 million euro approval in May 2019).
Current mainstream Chinese calendars say that we are in the Earth Pig Year during 2019. I believe they got it wrong and this might be incorrect. Feng Shui Calendars say 2019 is also an 8 Earth Year. During the many years of my own research, I ‘corrected’ calendars and for a long time I have known 2019 would actually be a Water Year (not Earth Year) and that in my opinion 2019 is Year of Fish, not Pig! I am also in disagreement (due to my own opinion/research again) that the animals used in Chinese astrology are not correct representations. Just because records are kept for hundreds/thousands of years, doesn’t mean they are necessarily accurate. Sometimes this isn’t a mistake but a deliberate one.
Anyhow, the whole point is, since I knew what the correct calendar was more than 3 years ago (and ignored the mainstream ones), I was able to make an ACCURATE prediction.
Lets just hope they include a pearl in the symbolical representations of the seashell depicted throughout the architecture of the building. As highlighted in my 2016 article, a seashell is worth nothing without a pearl inside it. This would help bring luck and worth to the building (symbolically missing since its very beginnings) and I do hope they don’t miss this massive flaw as it needs to be fixed!
At the entrance they should put two large golden water features in the shape of seashells, with a pearl positioned in the center spurting out water to greet customers. Very large and beautiful multiple aquariums would also be BENEFICIAL throughout.
